[baarc] BAARC Special Event

Good evening everyone!

I would like to thank the people who have offered to assist with this event
and ask anyone else who would be available on Saturday to help as 2nd
operators.

I would also encourage anyone who knows new Hams to bring them by on
Saturday so they can see the station and how amateur radio works.  I would
especially encourage any of the new operators from the hospital disaster
system to stop by.
